GREATER MILWAUKEE BOARD OF REALTIST FOUNDATION

The Greater Milwaukee Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was founded in December 2022 to serve the Greater Milwaukee area through real estate training, community engagement, and development. Our mission is to empower individuals and strengthen communities by promoting education, homeownership, and economic growth.

About Us

The Greater Milwaukee Board of REALTISTS Foundation was created to foster the expansion
of inter-generational wealth creation for households through promotion and retention of
elevating levels of real property ownership and creating opportunities to be self-sustain within
the African American Communities.

Mission

To promote “Democracy in Housing” by advocating for the underserved through education,
leadership, and service. We support our community by working to increase homeownership for
residents in our community, particularly the unserved and underserved individuals.

Vision

To be recognized as a source of empowerment for economic development in the communities we
serve we are the voice of real estate impacting the lives of homeowner’s and strengthening
communities. We believe that affordable housing and working supportive programs improve the
economic status of residents, transform neighborhoods, stabilize and empower communities.
